MathNivo Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the MathNivo Android app and related MathNivo services. By using MathNivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Educational purpose

MathNivo provides guided, skill-based mathematics practice and educational assistance. It is a learning aid and is not a substitute for a teacher, school curriculum, professional assessment, or individualized educational advice.

3. No guarantee of academic outcomes

Practice results and educational content do not guarantee any grade, test score, course placement, mastery level, admission result, or other academic outcome. Learning outcomes depend on many factors beyond the App.

4. Appropriate use

You may use MathNivo for lawful personal educational purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, send harmful code or abusive traffic, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. Do not submit personal or sensitive information in practice answers or AI-assisted features.

5. Service availability

Some MathNivo features require internet access and communication with backend services. We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and service interruptions may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

6. AI-assisted educational content

Some problems, hints, explanations, or other educational material may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Such content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular learning need. Users should check important work and seek help from a teacher, parent, guardian, or other qualified person when appropriate.

7. Intellectual property

MathNivo and its original software, design, branding, and educational materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the App for its intended educational purpose; they do not transfer ownership. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.

8. Third-party services

MathNivo relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including services supporting network delivery and AI-assisted functionality. Their availability and processing may be governed by their own terms and policies. MathNivo is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MathNivo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that its content will always be accurate, complete, available, or suitable for every student. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MathNivo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when MathNivo, its services, or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use.
